We may collect your name, organization, email address, phone number, billing and event addresses, event date and details, rental selections, messages, and information you provide in a quote request or reservation. When you make a payment, a payment service provider processes the payment information, and we receive information needed to record and manage the transaction. Our website may also collect device, browser, usage, and cookie information.
How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries; prepare quotes; manage reservations, contracts, delivery, setup, payments, and customer support; communicate about your event; maintain and improve our website and services; protect against fraud; and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. We send promotional text messages only when you separately choose to receive them.

If you provide a mobile number, we may use it to respond to your inquiry and communicate about a requested quote or reservation.
